These terms govern use of Unified AnalytiX, a product by Wood LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Unified AnalytiX provides analytics dashboards, integrations, and related tools on a subscription basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, security risk, or misuse.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, the legality of data you connect, and compliance with third-party platform terms (for example Amazon, Shopify, or accounting providers). Do not use the service to violate law or interfere with other customers.

Fees

Fees are billed as described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wood LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the platform.
